This year marks nine years of The Crowther Group, nine years of growth, partnership, and building with purpose.
What began as a vision rooted in hard work, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way has grown into a trusted construction partner. Over the years, The Crowther Group has had the opportunity to deliver a wide range of projects across multiple sectors, each contributing to the communities we serve and the relationships we value.
CEO and President, Thomas Crowther highlights early projects with clients like Target, AT&T, and McDonalds as the company’s patron saints that were formative to the growth of the company.
Crowther is forever grateful to DHA for awarding the company their first ground up office building and at that time, the largest bond in company history. Crowther stated, “For us to go in and win that job, an execute that job at a high standard, it was so important to me.”
Their success is built on more than the structures the company had completed; it’s built on the people behind them. From their dedicated team to their trusted partners and clients, collaboration has been at the core of everything they do. “Our people is my why,” states Crowther. Together, they have taken on projects of increasing scale and complexity while maintaining the same attention to detail and level of care that defined us from the start.
Crowther has also remained committed to investing in the future of their industry. Through partnerships with local school districts like Dallas Independent School District (DISD) and opportunities to connect with students pursuing careers in construction, they’re proud to play a role in developing the next generation of builders and leaders.

Whether it’s through new facilities, enhanced processes, or a growing team, the focus has always remained the same: delivering quality work and building lasting relationships.
